Seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for a busy and growing family law practice.  Law students are encouraged to apply for "hands-on" experience with family law practice management.  Position offers flexibility.   

Convenient Franklin Office (just off I-65) with free parking. This is a part-time position, M-Th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m. with the potential to become a Full-Time position.

Daily Job Activities Include:
Scan/Copy Files into File Cloud

Originate Minor Case Notes and Correspondence for Attorney Review
Manage all Incoming and Outgoing correspondence, fax, client documents, and pleadings, and mail logs

Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
Create or update records with new files and information
Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using scanners
Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Monitor inventory of supplies and replenish needs by ordering
Prepare Case Folders
Schedule appointments, collect mail, create new client packets, assist in court calendaring and appointments
Some "errand running"
